Hi! I'm Jenn and I'm here to help. I moved to the Triangle after graduating from Elon. Since 2000 I have enjoyed watching it grow to become a place that more and more people are calling home. Showing off this great area to people who are new to the area or reintroduce people who have been here for a while is one of the perks of my job. I married my college sweetheart Ted and we have 2 beautiful children, Parker & Reagan. We have lived in Durham, Garner, and now in Raleigh so I bring a unique knowledge of this market having lived in 3 counties of the Triangle. I am well prepared. I enjoy meeting with people and talking about their plans and dreams. I trust my ability to communicate exactly what people want to know. I ask the right questions.
The real estate market has it's ups and it's downs. I began my real estate career in 2008 so I have seen my share of downs. I feel lucky to have started at this time because I developed a strong marketing strategy to get a home SOLD! As a seller you get my attention to detail to prepare from the start. The internet has changed how people buy and sell homes. Most people start their search online, in bed. I put sellers through a listing prep boot camp to be ready for that buyer. I call in all the experts from stagers to photographers at the beginning so that your home is a star on opening day! I will keep you in the loop through the marketing stage, negotiate for you to receive the best deal possible, navigate the process of inspections and repairs, and help you cross that finish line at the closing table.
When working with a buyer I take my time at the beginning to get to know you and take that information to help you find the home that is a perfect fit. The look that someone gets when they find THEIR home is priceless! Once you have found that home I put on my coordinator hat to ensure a smooth transaction from contract to close so that it is a party at close and all you need to worry about is packing!
With every client, whether a buyer or seller, it is all about you. I am a guide ready to serve and help. I enjoy what I do and I do it very well. I look forward to working for you!

Alex started his real estate career as an intern for Be Home Realty during his senior year at Neuse Charter School in Smithfield. He got the nickname of Plus One during this time because he went along for adventures with all of the agents in the office learning the intricacies of the real estate world. Once he turned 18, he sat for his Real Estate license and was armed and ready to go with a ton of knowledge that most people starting their career do not have.
Alex has always been a hard working entrepreneur starting his first company when he was in elementary school called "Alex's Odd Jobs". Alex may look young, but he is one of the most detailed oriented people that you will meet. He is a quick study and will learn all about you and your needs to help make the best possible match for your home buying needs. His fun personality will make the process enjoyable for you too!
When Alex is not helping people make a move, you can find him working in the garage with his dad on a GTO and helping the more "seasoned" agents at Be Home with technology.
